Cullinan Ranch Boat Launch, Vallejo: launch details
Launch into the shallow restored tidal marsh of the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge, with sloughs and the Napa River about 3.5 miles west along Dutchman Slough. An ADA gangway leads to a low-freeboard dock with two kayak berths, roughly 250 feet from a small eight-space lot with a portable restroom. The launch stays navigable at all tides, but extensive mudflats hide hazards at low water and currents run strong at the slough breaches. Seasonal hunting occurs nearby and endangered species use the refuge, so keep your distance from wildlife.
