Dickson Ranch Boat Launch, Novato: launch details
Remote tidal-marsh restoration launch in the Sears Point unit of the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge, prized for birdwatching and open views. A compacted gravel ramp sits about a quarter mile from parking, so a boat dolly helps and the site is most often used on guided tours. A large gravel lot with two paved ADA spaces, a portable restroom, and miles of Bay Trail are here. The ramp stays navigable at all tides, but extensive mudflats hide underwater hazards at low water.
