Sheltered inner harbor with a straightforward launch into San Pablo Bay. The calm basin is forgiving, a solid fallback when wind makes exposed spots unpleasant. Restrooms and parking right at the water. The Marina Bay shoreline has more hand-launch points on the same protected basin: Shimada Friendship Park and Vincent Park both put in via short stairs or small beaches steps from free parking, and Marina Bay Yacht Harbor has an ADA low-freeboard dock with SUP handrails inside the wind-sheltered inner basin.
