Point Pinole Regional Shoreline, Richmond: launch details
Open San Pablo Bay access with a quarter-mile walk from parking to the Pinole Point put-in. Low tides expose wide mudflats that make launching and landing very difficult, so check the chart. Stay at least 330 feet from harbor seal haul-outs.
