Castaic Lagoon, Castaic: launch details
The lower lake at Castaic, set aside for swimming and small non-powered craft: kayaks, canoes and paddleboards, with electric motors allowed but no gas. The main upper lake has its own ramp and permits powered boats. Watercraft must arrive completely dry for a mandatory invasive-species inspection. A day-use vehicle fee plus a non-motorized launch fee apply, and the lagoon is seasonal.
